Victoria was born in Kiev ( Ukraine ) in 1968. She studied in “Shevchenko” fine arts school, the most prestigious art school in Ukraine , where she finished her studies. After that, she studied at “Pigorova” university where she earned a degree in teaching fine arts. While she was at the University, her professor regarded her work as distinguished, particularly; her work done in the Batik technique.

The process of learning the new techniques of Batik in the University had a great influence on her later art works. Nowadays, Victoria is considered an accomplished painter; this is demonstrated by her success in numerous expositions and through the acknowledgment of her talent by her colleagues. Her works shows great skill in her handling of the cold and hot technique, as well as the exquisiteness of the themes chosen.
